Free Tv Online Info Page Php 10! Newcomers to EFT soon realise, as more experienced practitioners have before them, the wonderful results available when using The Movie Technique. As you watch Gary Craig use clients throughout the DVD sets, we rarely witness a session it doesn't contain a wonderful demonstration of its use. But why is it this type of useful technique?
As Gary often says 'choosing a show that resonates which has a problem forces the client to get specific about a issue.' So, by way of example, looking to collapse an issue of 'deficiency of confidence' we'd be tapping using these words as a set-up for a long time with generally no results being experienced.
But, if we work through a unique movie which resonates with 'not enough confidence' and tap on the kinaesthetic feelings that arise, clearing each of the negative aspects along the way and looking for, questioning and reframing the beliefs and decisions that appear, the results will be greater.
But, there are many other reasons why the movie technique is this type of wonderful EFT tool.
When we undergo a traumatic incident, frequently we all do so within the flight and flight response (sympathetic mode) which, together with many other bodily consequences, means we process case through our primitive hind brain, in lieu of through the higher intelligence in our frontal cortex.
Even so, the subconscious will have captured every aspect of case, an incredible number of bits of information are stored, every sight, sound, smell, taste and feeling.
The traumatic nature of those events as well as the resulting shift to sympathetic, has the effect of compressing the info and prevents us from adequately processing case.
It appears that is often when information gets trapped in the energy systems.
For whilst there is nothing wrong with experiencing emotions, as they all have their own place in our everyday life and are what make us human, emotions should flow through our energy system (e-motion means energy in motion). Ideally, emotional freedom means, instead of a not enough emotion, freedom for your emotion circulation, to become experienced then to let go of inside a healthy manner.
Problems arise once the energy gets stuck in our meridian and also other energy systems.
It has a lot of energy to support all this information in position and once we get older and our bodily and systems lose their resilience, therefore we struggle to keep onto this negative energy. Thus the information starts to leak, which can cause stress, anxiety, panic and anxiety attacks, OCD, depression and other forms of mental and physical dis-ease.
When we use the movie technique, we could allow the data to decompress and become processed as it should have been with the frontal cortex. Ultimately, we can easily then energetically forget about the negative energy.
But rather than carelessly going with the movies in a feet first, gung-ho fashion, therefore, it's essential that the films are accessed gently, keeping the client in parasympathetic mode at all times to fully enable the decompression of the knowledge.
Watching Gary, an expert of intuitive therapy, regardless from the apparent original severity in the movie, we notice he always uses the gentle techniques while confronting these movies.
This allows the consumer to remain in parasympathetic mode, to totally facilitate the decompression, processing, and letting go coming from all aspects in the trauma.
Whilst some memories are typical too vibrant and fresh in the mind in the onset, on many occasions EFT therapists and clients report memories that were originally cloudy, vague, obscure and contained low intensity levels become vibrant, with lots of emotions and aspects appearing as they slowly and gently work through the movies. This is a good measure from the decompression effect the movie technique.
Either way, needless to say, the discomfort can quickly be dealt with using EFT.
Again, varying from person to person and fascinating because of this non conformity once we apply EFT often the movies lose their colour, clarity while focusing. We notice changes in association and disassociation, emotional intensity and kinaesthetic feelings disappear. All of which are warning signs of releasing the trapped energy.
Another benefit for letting go of the movie memories, are that whilst in place, as being a moth to some light, we sometimes find inside ourselves repeating similar situations and events. We move from job to head off being bullied, to discover a similar bully waiting inside our new job. We swap one abusive relationship for an additional. It appears whilst we keep this energy trapped in our systems, we are going to keep repeating the identical situations. Maybe, attempting to seek resolution?
Could it be this energy (which like every one of the energy in the universe ' is information) also attracts more events in the same nature into us by the law of attraction?
The Heartmath Institute conducted experiments that relate we emit our movies (heart pictures) electromagnetically from your hearts and radiate this energy out around 10 feet from the bodies, in a very 360 degree circle, twenty-four hours a day. This energy can be many, more often than not more powerful than that emitted by our brains.
So having released and resolved these details through EFT, we could then stop being attracted too and attracting similar negative events into our lives. It's also essential to remember that for every traumatic movie resolved more vital energy will probably be released for other important bodily functions.
So keeping your own personal peace procedures at heart, find an EFT partner to help and start releasing these old detrimental, energy sapping movies. Focusing then around the positive will probably be a easier task.
